Staff was extremely friendly, motel was close to attractions and restaurants. The gentleman who checked us in had plenty of suggestions of things to do, which was very helpful. Booked a queen sized bed and was pleasantly surprised to find the bed was much larger than your average queen. Temperature in the hotel was perfect, TV was large. Bathroom was very clean, house keeping was friendly and even stopped me before I left to give me a shirt I almost left behind! Will definitely be staying here again.
My mother and I stayed here at the budget Inn for a week, John was very accommodating to our Needs , The housekeeper Barbara Couldn't have been nicer making sure we had plenty of extra towels. The room was very clean. We will be back next Summer .
Another one day excursion to one of the local rundown hotels in the Somers Point area. That did not matter because the company I was keeping was not looking for it top quality. As long as she was paid at the end that was all that mattered. My good buddy Dave Weber set me up with a beautiful trick she actually was only missing half of her teeth. That's for another time if I had an x-ray light to see if there was any stains in the hotel room I'm sure there would have been but after riding there on the back of Dave Weber's motorized bike myself and Tina and the girl LOL hit it off great we had a great night
This is the perfect little Inn. It’s very clean, no frills but the perfect spot to land for a night. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Thank you budget Inn!
I stayed here years ago. I recently came back into the area and found myself back, the new management has done wonders for the property. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, outside of a lil traffic its very quiet. Would recommend if ur looking for a good room for the weekend.
Everything except the dresser and end tables is brand new. I mean, new paint, new floors, new appliances, newer TV. Room was clean as can be (had that signature hotel room smell lol). The property manager is a nice guy, and from what I gather the property changed hands a few years ago (I see some older not so great reviews), so keep that in mind. MUCH MUCH cleaner, nicer, and more updated than the nearby Economy which I've also stayed at.
After reading the bad reviews from other travelers I was skeptical, but the updated second floor room I had was fantastic! New furniture, bedding, mattress, appliances, flooring and bathroom fixtures made it very welcoming and comfortable - will definitely return!
Regular motel with above average room sizes. We stayed for 1 night and had no problems whatsoever. Some rooms are equipped with regular cooker and small-size bathtub. If you decide to accommodate in the smoking room, be prepared for little stench.
